It's really sad that someone would obsess about a forum and its individual members like that.
If this forum disappeared right now, yeah I think it would suck, but the world isn't going to come to an end.

Like I've said from the beginning. This guy is a wackjob and I'm glad I live 350 miles away. He seems way too narrow and judgmental in his posts and they are so far out in left field, he cries "Victim!" when everybody pounces on him. Let's not forget the threats he made and the fact that he "knows who you all are." In this day, those perceived threats would be ringing a lot of bells. The only time he has ever seemed scared is when there was a comment made pertaining to whether school officials knew or would condone his use of a computer for recreational use during contract hours. As far as lawsuits, I ain't no lawyer, but I would take his case. He seems so flustered and crazed that I would meet with him daily, do lots of homework, try to get it to court, and then strive for victory!! Lawyers don't give a f***. They're going to get paid one way or another and if this psycho happened to lose in court, he would most likely be saddled with court costs, as well as his attorney's fees. I can hear it now; "Brothers and sisters, we're goin' to pass the plate, again, in respect to Brother Pac. Brother Pac was struck down blindeside by the sodomites that make up our law system. Give 'til the sodomites burn in eternal hell." In all seriousness, if a guy that posted some of the crazy sh** that this guy had every told me he knew where I lived and what dugout I was in, I would take that seriously and live accordingly.

Good luck trying to find a lawyer to file the suit?!?!

I've posted and even moderated at a really large mixed martial arts forum and there have been dozens of threatened lawsuits that I'm aware of
but none have ever actually been filed. Not one....

One guy even had his lawyer buddy email me several times. This same lawyer eventually got into trouble with his firm after another member there reported him to the firm for doing him the same way.

But no suits....not one....

You know I seriously question whether or not I could get a job working in the school system, this guy is slowing erasing my questions. Sad thing is I probably wouldn't get hired yet he does.

Well, PVFAN, if he can get a job there, then I believe anyone can. He has no degree, so maybe I'll let my dog, "Doofus", apply for his job. He could probably do as well as him.
